Ecstatic Dance Jackson Hole is BACK!!!

 

After a *cough* long hiatus Ecstatic Dance Jackson Hole is back in 2025! Hosted by Amy Kingwill. 

Join us EVERY SECOND SUNDAY from 4:30-6PM in the Center For the Arts at 240 South Glenwood, Jackson. Easiest way to enter is from the north parking/loading area doors and either take the stairs or elevator to the second floor to Studio One. 

Cost: Currently $10+ at the door, cash or Venmo (@AmyKingwill). Reach out to volunteer to help set up/break down!

Dance and feed your soul in a safe space with amazing music!

Guided warm up starting at 4:30PM and we groove from there (arrive/leave anytime).

What is Ecstatic Dance?

Ecstatic Dance gathers for a transformative, electronic music journey, mixed with intention.

Move however you wish, in a container for conscious dance and freeform movement.

No booze, no shoes and no talking on the dance floor helps us keep it intentional. Amazing music helps us keep it all about dance!

 

Guidelines

1. No talking on the dance floor (plenty of room to talk off-floor and outside in the hall).

2. No Shoes.

3. Move however you wish.

4. No photos or videos, cell phones muted and out of sight.

5. Care/Awareness for the space and each other.

6. Drug-Free, Smoke-Free, Alcohol-Free environment.

7. You can dance alone, or with as many partners as you’d like. (If you’d rather not dance with someone, thank them for the offer by placing your hands in a prayer position at your heart – Namaste.)

What to Bring

1. Loose-fitting clothes that let you move freely. Plan to dance barefoot or in socks. 

2. Water and a water bottle. You can refill it at the venue.

3. Yourself, ready to DANCE!
